These terms and conditions govern all purchases made from Swiss Watch Company, whether in-store at our Colombo showroom, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website at swc.lk. By completing a purchase with Swiss Watch Company, you agree to these terms.
Swiss Watch Company is Sri Lanka’s sole authorised Victorinox retailer, registered and operating in Sri Lanka. Our business address is 55B Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, Kollupitiya, Colombo 03.
Products and Pricing
All products sold by Swiss Watch Company are brand new, genuine, and sourced through the official Victorinox AG authorised supply chain. All prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice except for confirmed orders where a deposit has been received.
Swiss Watch Company reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale, correct pricing errors, or update product information at any time. In the event of a pricing error on the website, Swiss Watch Company will contact you before processing any payment and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for in-stock items, or receipt of the required deposit for pre-orders. Swiss Watch Company accepts payment via bank transfer, credit and debit card, and cash at the showroom. Payment terms for pre-orders are governed by the Pre-Order Terms and Conditions, which form part of these terms by reference.
Swiss Watch Company will issue a receipt for all purchases. This receipt, together with the stamped Victorinox warranty card, constitutes your proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
Delivery
Swiss Watch Company offers islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka for in-stock watches. Delivery charges and timelines are communicated at the time of order. Swiss Watch Company uses reputable courier partners for all deliveries. Risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier upon dispatch, and Swiss Watch Company will assist with any claims in the event of transit damage.
For in-store collection, watches will be held for 3 business days following notification of readiness. If collection is not made within this period without prior arrangement, Swiss Watch Company reserves the right to return the item to available inventory.
Returns and Exchanges
Swiss Watch Company will accept returns or exchanges for in-stock watch purchases within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions.
The watch must be in its original, unworn condition. The original packaging, warranty card, all accessories, and the purchase receipt must be intact and included. The watch must show no signs of wear, sizing, or modification. Watches returned under these conditions will be eligible for a full refund or exchange at the customer’s choice.
Watches that show signs of wear, have been sized or adjusted, are missing components, or fall outside the 14-day return window are not eligible for return. Special order and pre-order items are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or does not match the confirmed order specification.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a watch that is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match your confirmed order, contact Swiss Watch Company within 48 hours of receipt. Swiss Watch Company will arrange collection and replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Faults covered by the Victorinox 5-Year Warranty+ will be processed through the warranty procedure outlined in the Warranty Conditions page.
Limitation of Liability
Swiss Watch Company’s liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. Swiss Watch Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from any purchase or failure of delivery.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from a purchase made with Swiss Watch Company shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
